- The southeastern industrial belt was established with the formation of a machinery industry cluster
- Convenient logistics traffic network with expressways, KTX, the Gimhae International Airport, the Busan New Port, Masan Port, etc.

Location: The area of Bongam/Yangdeok-dong in Masanhoewon-gu, Changwon

Established: Jan. 1970
Major industries: Electrical and electronic devices, precision instruments, mechanical products, metals, non-metals, etc.
Location condition:
- Korea’s first and largest foreign complex that hosts many companies that are supported by foreign investment
- Convenient transportation network, and abundant and cheap industrial water and electric power supply
